Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.

Do We Sell or Share Your Information?

No. Vibe Decode does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The providers we use (such as Mixpanel for analytics and Sentry for crash reports) act as our service providers, they process data only on our behalf and are contractually barred from using it for their own purposes, which is not a "sale" or "share" under CCPA/CPRA.

Exercising Your Right

Because we do not sell or share your information, there is nothing to opt out of. We still honor your preference in these ways:

On the Web: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically honor it and keep analytics disabled on this site.
By Email: Send a request to privacy@vibedecode.app with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information".

What We Do and Don't Do

We never:

• Sell your personal information

• Share it for advertising, we use no ad networks and no advertisers

Essential services that continue to function:

• Authentication (Supabase), required for your account to work

• In-app purchases (Apple App Store and Google Play), required for subscriptions

• Crash reporting (Sentry), essential for app stability, exempt under CCPA's service provider exception

AI processing of your messages (by OpenAI) is controlled separately through the AI consent you grant in the app, and is not affected by this preference.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal on this website. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out request and will not load analytics scripts that share your data with third parties.
