We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Vibe Decode account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete In the App
The fastest way to delete your account is through the app:
Open Vibe Decode and go to Settings
Tap Data & Privacy
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Type "DELETE" to confirm
Tap Delete Forever
Option 2: Request Deletion Online
If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion here. We'll email a secure confirmation link to your account address, and clicking it permanently deletes your account and data.
Confirm permanent deletion
You're about to permanently delete the Vibe Decode account for . This cannot be undone.
The link expires in 24 hours. Deletion completes immediately when you confirm, and always within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Immediately deleted: Profile information (name, email, profile photo), birth details, all connections (galaxy data), all decoded messages and screenshots, all Cosmic Advisor chat history, push notification tokens, AI consent records
Deleted within 30 days: Usage analytics and device identifiers. When you delete your account we send an erasure request to our analytics provider (Mixpanel) so your data is deleted within 30 days. Crash-diagnostic data (Sentry) is stored without account identifiers (email and IP address are removed before it is saved) and expires automatically on the provider's retention schedule.
Retained as required by law: Subscription and purchase history (up to 7 years for financial/tax compliance), content moderation records related to safety investigations
Anonymized: Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for product improvement
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose all your data, including decode history, chat conversations, and galaxy connections.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Cancel Your Subscription
Before deleting your account, make sure to cancel any active subscriptions:
On iOS: Go to device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Vibe Decode > Cancel Subscription
On Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Vibe Decode > Cancel Subscription
